Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s)! If for some reason you're not, maybe the size isn't quite right, we will be happy to allow you to exchange your undamaged and unworn item(s) within 14 days of date of delivery. There will be a $5.99 shipping charge for your exchanges.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
I back my designs with a limited lifetime warranty. If something should happen to your trinkets, we will be happy to repair or replace them! This warranty excludes: lost or stolen products, damage due to wear and tear or improper care. There will be a $5.99 shipping charge for replaced item(s).

Gift Exchange
If you received an item from Nicki Lynn Jewelry as a gift, we will be happy to exchange one item for another item. We will not offer refunds or store credit without proper proof or purchase.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
