Online Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love what you ordered! But if for some reason you aren't completely happy - perhaps the size isn't right or the style just doesn't fit you - we will happily exchange the item(s) for a new color, size, or style, or issue you a speedy refund. 

 What items are eligible to be returned/exchanged?  Items that are unwashed and unworn or defective
How long do I have to return or exchange an item? Within 14 days of purchase
Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise? Yes, select merchandise, custom designs, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds & Account Credits

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you received the item as a gift, the credit can either be issued back to the buyer - or used to exchange for an additional color, size or style.

  • Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
