Our response to COVID-19 

First I want to take the time to say that my thoughts go out to all families around the world impacted by COVID-19. We are monitoring the rapidly changing situation and following local and federal health and government officials on best steps forward. This is uncharted territory for all of us, and we're taking the steps to ensure the safety of everyone around us. 

Here is what we're doing in response as of March 17th:

  • We have maximized cleaning measures to ensure safe product shipping while introducing enhanced safety measures.
  • We're working to ensure quick and productive shipping times so you can continue to safely shop nickilynn.com.
  • For the rest of the month, we've removed all shipping costs and we're including free online returns. 
  • We're planning on donating a portion of profits to a local non-profit working with families impacted by COVID-19. 

As we continue to assess the rapidly evolving situation, we will keep you informed of any changes to our operations. We're stronger together - while we remain distant, let's stay connected.
